Pure, honest and a little crazy. That’s how we would like to describe our kitchen. We aim to use animal friendly, biologic and/or free-range products, but at the same time we don’t run away from a greasy meal every now and then. On our menu you’ll find classics such as ‘Dutch Asparagus’ in butter sauce served with fried potatoes combined with unique dishes such as our ‘Kapsalon’ with St. Jacob shells.
